This resin can be used for the synthesis of peptide hydrazides. Peptide hydrazides can be converted to thioesters, which serve as substrates for native chemical ligation (NCL). Preloaded derivatives can be provided based on custom synthesis. The polystyrene resin is grafted with a PEG of around 3000 Da.
