Methyltetrazine-PEG4-STP Ester is an amine-reactive 3rd generation Click Chemistry reagent for use in Diels-Alder Reactions with inverse electron demand (IEDDA). It is water soluble and may be used to modify proteins, e.g., antibodies, and other biopolymers in aqueous media. The STP ester of Methyltetrazine-PEG4 is hydrolyzed much slower than the sulfo-NHS-ester in aqueous media.
