SURPAX™ Technology (Surface Pacifying Excipient) was originally designed for protein stabilization but has found additional application as a shielding lipid in LNP formulations. This product shows superior properties for antibody and protein stability, does not impact binding, and maintains activities of mAB to targets. Biocompatibility has been tested vs body weight gain, vein tolerance, biochemical profile, and hematology.
