A new highly efficient coupling additive. OxymaPure is an alternative to HOBt and HOAt, which have been discontinued due to their explosive nature. OxymaPure can be used with carbodiimides, just as HOBt has been used in the past and is suitable for microwave assisted SPPS. Its reactivity is comparable to HOAt combined with less epimerization.
Combination of TFFH with OxymaPure raised the percentage of the target Aib peptide in comparison to the use of TFFH alone.
