MYTsA is a novel reagent for peptide synthesis that can replace traditional carbodiimides, eliminating the need for Fmoc protection and piperidine deprotection. It allows for efficient peptide synthesis in the natural N to C direction, enabling the use of unprotected amino acids while preventing racemization and epimerization.
