description

Cyclooctyne linker for conjugation via Diels-Alder-reaction, i.e. copper-free Click reaction with azides and tetrazines. The amine function can be used to form amid bonds or for alkylation via reductive amination. The sulfo group in the linker provides additional stability and temperature resistance compared to simple, linear PEG based chains.
