description

A cysteine pseudoproline with short deprotection times in TFA.  Deprotected procedure: Dry resin (5 mg) was treated with TFA/TIS/H2O (95:2.5:2.5) for several hours at rt. The cleavage mixture was evaporated with a stream of argon, precipitated with Et2O, centrifuged and the pellet was redissolved in H2O/CH3CN (1:1) for analysis by HPLC and LCMS. The deprotection time and temperature is sequence-dependent.
