description

The site-specific labeling of proteins by chemical reactions has gained increased interest for the investigation of cellular processes. In this regard, the CBT-Cys „click“ condensation reaction has found wide applicability in recent years. The reaction is highly biocompatible and controllable and runs under physiological conditions.
