description

Nucleophilic photo cross-linker. The amine function can conjugate to electrophiles like carbonyl functions with standard reaction conditions. The diazirine ring will dismiss N2 under illumination of UV light and the remaining carbene will undergo insertion and addition reaction to any neighboring molecule and irreversibly form a covalent bond.
