description

Fmoc-Ddae-OH is used as a solubility-enhancing linker in the “helping hand” strategy for purification of highly insoluble peptides. Several Lysine residues are attached to this linker using Fmoc-SPPS. The solubilizing tag can be removed with 1M hydrazine or hydroxylamine solution. For further modification and commercial use please refer to the claims in patent WO 2011058188 (A1).
