New three-functional clickable cross-linker, which shows superior thermal stability compared to DIBAC and other cyclooctyne based ring systems. DACN also shows high specifity and does not undergo side reactions with thiols (eg. from cysteines) as it has been observed with cyclooctyne derivatives and other constrained ring systems.
