description

Alkyne conjugated benzylguanine (BG). The BG moiety reacts specifically and rapidly with the so-called SNAP-tag, a polypeptide protein tag, allowing irreversible and covalent labeling of SNAP fusion proteins with an additional alkyne functionality suitable for further conjugation.

The additional PEG moiety increases overall solubility.
