How can I place an order?

What about the delivery times of products of Iris Biotech GmbH?

In general Iris Biotech GmbH tries to deliver products as fast as possible to its customers. Therefore we keep a stock of all standard products. The following table will give you our general delivery times for products which are on stock and are NON-hazardous goods.

Small quantities of hazardous goods can be sometimes as fast as NON-hazardous goods but in general due to complexity of transport it takes more time. Please get in contact with your direct contact person to get precise information on this.

How much are the shipping costs and what about the run-time?

Iris Biotech GmbH cooperates with special qualified and reliable logistic partners. Because of the complexity of cargo rates we are only able to give you a brief overview on this.

What is your minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. Basically, all items can be ordered individually.

How can I track my goods after shipment?

By a specific tracking number, which we get from the Courier, you can track your goods.

Can you send us catalogues or brochures?

We are happy to send you our main catalog and the current brochure for free. Just select on the link below the information materials you will need, and we will send it out immediately.

Is it possible to send the goods with cool packages?

Iris Biotech GmbH will send all the goods according to the chemical and physical requirements under normal or cooled conditions.

Is it possible to download MSDSs?

Iris Biotech GmbH provides current safety data sheets (SDB) for a wide range of products according to the EU regulation No. 1907/2006 in different languages for download. Please contact us so that we can install an access for you.
