Poly(acrylamide) Resins
In this section we present the polyacrylamide-based Amino-Li resin. The solid-phase support contains a uniform distribution of amine as active group for solid-phase synthesis. In addition to its mechanical stability, this resin shows excellent stability in basic and acidic reagents. It is compatible with a broad range of solvents, especially polar ones, including water. Thus, this resin is well-suited for solid-phase peptide synthesis.
