Cyclover

Cyclover is a lipophilic tag designed for improved liquid phase peptide synthesis. An attached peptide can be precipitated simply by changing the polarity of the solvent after the reaction completes. This process can be reversed during a multi-step synthesis, allowing to obtain pure products and intermediates by filtration. Cyclover can thus accelerate research and development of pharmaceutical biomolecules, representing a tremendous step forward for boosting productivity and greening the chemical industry.
