Azide conjugated benzylguanine (BG). The BG moiety reacts specifically and rapidly with the so-called SNAP-tag, a polypeptide protein tag, allowing irreversible and covalent labeling of SNAP fusion proteins with an additional azide functionality suitable for further conjugation via Click Chemistry.
The additional PEG moiety increases overall solubility.
